I want to talk about the fantastic experience I had when I sold my vehicle to Cars24. The inspection process was super easy. The professionalism shown by both the technical crew and the pricing team was impressive. Big shoutout to Mr. Sunny, who was incredibly helpful and got me a great deal for my car. I’d definitely suggest that everyone consider Cars24 for selling their vehicle.

I’m really pleased with my experience at CARS24. This was my first time dealing with them, and I found their app to be quite user-friendly. The support I received was top-notch, covering everything from app details, pricing, test drives, booking, payments, delivery, and after-sales service.

What stood out the most was the after-sales support from Mr. HARISH KUMAR. He listened to all my concerns and quickly sent out technician Mr. Jasawant Gaud. They tackled my issues with the BRAKE LIGHT, STEERING RACK, OIL COOTER, and OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT right on the first day. They did a fantastic job and managed their internal processes without any fuss.

I’ll definitely consider CARS24 for all my future car purchases, especially since they offer reasonable prices and quality vehicles.

I got a car from Cars 24, and right from the start, there was a heat warning light on and coolant was leaking. After I raised my concerns, they had their technician Varun take a look. He did a great job with the service, and now everything's sorted out. Big thanks to Varun!

I've been reaching out for days about a car, and then the next day they said they didn't have a buyer for what we wanted. This company is super unprofessional and just wastes your time. Seriously, don't bother calling or dealing with them at all.

I had a fantastic experience with Cars24, and I ended up with a gorgeous car from them. The buying process was seamless. I did run into a few minor issues with the vehicle, but Mr. Ajeet stepped in and set up an inspection for my concerns under warranty. Mr. Varun Wadekar came over and took a look at my car, and in the workshop, they sorted out my issues while accommodating my schedule. The staff are super polite and really know their stuff. I sold my SX4 car, registration number MH01AE2403, to CARS24 on 17-10-2019. As of now, the RC still hasn’t been transferred to the buyer’s name. It seems that CARS24 sold the vehicle without handling the RC transfer or providing any insurance. The RC has since expired, and as a senior citizen, I’m feeling quite harassed. It’s been a really bad experience. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, but they haven’t done anything. I could really use some assistance. Regards, Capt. Philip Mathews

I experienced some pretty terrible customer service from Cars 24. I called them multiple times, explaining that I'm relocating to England and my Indian number won't be functional. No one reached out to me with an offer, so I had to follow up myself, only to find out that the offer for my car had dropped because of the New Year. Once again, the representative went silent. Their customer service was really rude and unprofessional.

Since I bought the car, I've been requesting the MR report and details about the mileage, but so far, they haven't gotten back to me or even called. I've made several attempts to reach out. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. Before I made the purchase, I was getting 2 to 3 calls daily, but that all stopped once I completed the deal.

Today, I received a call from Varun Wadekar, who assured me that my car was in good shape. There weren't any significant problems, just a few minor ones that were addressed effectively today, thanks to Mr. Varun Hattangadi. Good folks, really... Mr. Prince also assisted us behind the scenes since a couple of things required verification. All in all, I'm glad my little car is ready to hit the road.

I really advise against getting a car from Cars24. They have all sorts of policies that allow them to take your vehicle back without giving you any heads up, whether it's through email or a message.
